Meet Dr. Brie

Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy &

Pelvic Mobility Specialist

I started my professional career as a fitness instructor for a small gym in Homewood, Illinois named Women's Workout World. Here, at the age of 16, I witnessed what the power of a community of positive women could accomplish. Over the next 10 years, I furthered my education in different movement modalities such as yoga, pilates, kickboxing, step aerobics, strength training, and aquatics until finally becoming a personal trainer with the elite Equinox Fitness Clubs; which completely shifted the lens through which I viewed mobility and was introduced to Physical Therapy.

I decided to specialize in Pelvic Health after my own experience being pregnant with my first child. Despite all my past experience with fitness, I felt completely unprepared for how the pain and physical stress carrying a child would impact my life. I got tired of bringing my concerns to my doctor and hearing "of course you're in pain baby... you're pregnant!" Three years later, I was able to breeze through pregnancy with my twins just to get blind-sighted again by "the fourth trimester" and the lack of priority birthing individuals receive after leaving the hospital. Again, I was thankful for this experience as it blessed me with my true passion, and as such, birthed The Mobile Mommy PT.

The Mobile Mommy PT is a concierge physical therapy practice that focuses on individual goals and needs of women. I specialize in treating the entire body using a holistic approach by building a strong foundation connecting mind, body, and spirit. No matter how old the injury or surgery, if you are concerned about your health or mobility, book a free exploratory discovery call consultation to see if one of my programs will work for you.

It is never too early, or too late, to start!
