Meet Dr. Brie

Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy &

Pelvic Mobility Specialist

I started my professional career as a fitness instructor for a small gym in Homewood, Illinois named Women's Workout World. Here, at the age of 16, I witnessed what the power of a community of positive women could accomplish. Over the next 10 years, I furthered my education in different movement modalities such as yoga, pilates, kickboxing, step aerobics, strength training, and aquatics until finally becoming a personal trainer with the elite Equinox Fitness Clubs; which completely shifted the lens through which I viewed mobility and was introduced to Physical Therapy.

I decided to specialize in Pelvic Health after my own experience being pregnant with my first child. Despite all my past experience with fitness, I felt completely unprepared for how the pain and physical stress carrying a child would impact my life. I got tired of bringing my concerns to my doctor and hearing "of course you're in pain baby... you're pregnant!" Three years later, I was able to breeze through pregnancy with my twins just to get blind-sighted again by "the fourth trimester" and the lack of priority birthing individuals receive after leaving the hospital. Again, I was thankful for this experience as it blessed me with my true passion, and as such, birthed The Mobile Mommy PT.

The Mobile Mommy PT is a concierge physical therapy practice that focuses on individual goals and needs of women. I specialize in treating the entire body using a holistic approach by building a strong foundation connecting mind, body, and spirit. No matter how old the injury or surgery, if you are concerned about your health or mobility, book an exploratory consultation to see if one of my programs will work for you.

It is never too early, or too late, to start!
